25.01.2022 Bohemama turns 2 this week! Seems like a lifetime ago we added our little wildcard to our family, which was ultimately the inspiration for beginning this business. I've put my heart and soul into it and while I feel like there is so much left in this journey, I'm so proud of how far we've come! This business fuels my passion for supporting mums during the craziest time of their lives, as they naturally evolve into becoming a mum. 16.01.2022 After a lovely weekend putting my family first, today I put my self first. I went to talk to my naturopath @shannon_stokes_naturopath_ about being burnt out. My issues aren't complex and are often misdiagnosed as mumlife, but I don't agree we should be living our lives feeling exhausted and run down. Yes I'm busy, but that shouldn't mean I'm running on empty all the time. I eat good food and exercise most days and still I'm overweight and just at capacity mentally. She heard me, actually listened. And didn't tell me it was about calories in vs out she gave me some herbs to help support me mentally and physically so I can get back to doing what I love. And that is raising my 3 rowdy boys, making memories as a family and nurturing my business. Because that's where my passion lies

05.01.2022 My first week back at work went smoothly, it was better than I expected. Mainly because Ben had RDOs so he could look after the kids and I didn't have to worry about trying to incorporate school drop off into my work routine. That starts this week #workingmumlife But the food planning, house work and business planning all fell by the way side because I don't have any spare time without the kids now, so I need to get all those things done with the kids around. And I just don't... function at night. I'm definitely not a clean the house after the kids go to bed kinda mum. If you do this I'm in awe of you mumma #mumswhodoitall So today I am planning. I'm trying to smash out a month of my business planning and meal planning today so at least I know what I'm doing in advance. Still not cleaning though
