17.01.2022 Choosing the Perfect Park for your Boho Picnic! This is the first in a series of short blogs we will be doing to help you choose the perfect location for your Boho popup picnic. A common question we receive is where is the best places in Toowoomba to host a picnic? So we have done up some different suggestions to choose from in our Beautiful City!... Laurel Bank Park Laurel Bank Park is one of Toowoomba's premier parks and provides a majestic oasis close to the heart of town. The park features manicured gardens, mature trees, children's play equipment, barbecue and shady tree areas and two croquet lawns. We love this location for many reasons, the first is plenty of shaded areas for you to enjoy your picnic without getting burnt out in the sun. From the palm tree area (number 16 on the map) to near the children's playgrounds (number 8 on the map) there is always some shade to be found in this beautiful park. Another great benefit to Laurel Bank Park is you can hide away in some great semi private locations blended in with the tree's and flower gardens to give you a little more privacy with your picnic. For those who love to cook you can always DIY the catering yourself. We can setup near BBQ or you can prepare the day before and bring along your own food for your picnic....
