Combining low-intensity and high-intensity moves, the in...terval-style structure allows for ease of learning and makes your workout feel like a party! All core elements of a workout are covered; specifically, cardio, balance and flexibility. Asides from the technical aspects, BollyFit also seeks to encourage confidence and fabulous-ness within every individual, projected by the high energy classroom environment.
