15.01.2022 NSW Planning and Environment has advised that new laws regarding combustible cladding will take effect from 22 October 2018. https://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/2018-499.pdf ... What this means is that owners of certain buildings with external cladding will be required to register their building with the NSW Government through an online portal, which is not yet available. The deadline for registration of existing buildings is 22 February 2019, with owners of new buildings required to register within four months of the first occupants moving in.
