12.01.2022 When Aimee started with us she dreaded the dumbbell bench press. Now she is flying and never imagined she would be able to press two 15kg dumbbells. Well done Aimee, we are super proud of you and how far you have come. We can't wait to see you progress further!

11.01.2022 Bre hurt her back doing deadlifts with a personal trainer (She was working up to her previous max of 60 kg) and something went wrong. She then needed treatment amd a recovery plan... Since then she's always been fearful of deadlifts and especially heavier weight. After working with us here at the gym, she has not only increased her confidence but she has absolutely smashed her previous personal best.... Amazingly, she now does 60kg for reps. Rather than getting injured after 1 rep at 60 Great work Bre! Thanks for having the trust in us to not only help your injury but to help your confidence, your strength and help make you strong. We've got your back (literally).

05.01.2022 We have been working with Tristan for over 3 years. Back at the very start, we set some short, medium and long-term goals. We set up a strategy, started executing it and just like most people, life happened.... After a few set backs here and there he managed to get on track and be consistent. It just goes to show that you need to stay committed and you’ll eventually get there... Now after all this time he has managed to reach those goals.
