24.01.2022 Friday was a great day for some hands on learning. In science we learnt about the life cycle of plants, what plants need in order to grow and how plants grow in different environments. We weeded our gardens and replanted some seedlings and flowers in our food forest that were kindly donated by Pipers family.

14.01.2022 POP UP MARKET @ S&S Tonight: Friday 13th March, 4pm to 5.30pm The kids from our little school Bona Vista Primary School have been working really hard this week ...to prepare for tonight's scheduled Warragul Kids' Farmers Market, but the last minute cancellation of the event, has left them without a market for all produce they have harvested and the cookies they have made. So we've decided to host a pop-up market stall at S&S to help them raise money for their school. Come along to String & Salt from 4pm to 5.30pm for some great, cheap homegrown produce and delicious chai cookies. They'll be plenty of fun and lots of smiling little faces to help you. #togetherwearestronger #thinklocalfirst ***If your school has produce you would like to sell to raise funds too, then we would be happy to host a small stall tonight or tomorrow at String & Salt. As the students were unable to... participate in a ceremony this year, they found a new way to acknowledge our armed forces and contribute to this important day. 06.01.2022 BONA VISTA BOOK FAIR Friday 26th February, 3.20pm to 4.30pm Remember to pop in after school this Friday to restock your bookshelf at the inaugural Bona Vista Book Fair.... The entire range of children's, teen and adult books on sale will available to purchase for just $1 each with all funds raised from the Book Fair going towards replacing our playground slide. We are still taking donations of books up until the end of school on Thursday 25th February.
