15.01.2022 Trust the process of change. Sometimes a familiar thing needs to die before an unfamiliar new sprout can grow. Whether it is a big transition... or a wee, little one fear is a normal emotion on the path of transformation. A wise friend once told me that fear of the unknown is excitement, holding its breath. I remember this when I am about to birth new little things or little big things. And I remember that every mountain has a path and that the path itself is as valuable if not more so than the mountaintop because without it you could not get to the very top to see the view. The path seasons us sometimes more than the mind expansive eye opening perspective at the top. When in doubt, remember trust the process. trust the journey. trust the invisible and not so invisible helpers that assist us across the rivers of change. if that does not work and all else fails and you are scared and feeling tiny and know that you are about to birth some kind of wonderful just imagine that you are held in the arms of the great mother the grandmother the gentle forest mother bear spirit of nourishing trust. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone, Thanks for all of your lovely messages & comments & most importantly your patience over the past few weeks. I very much appreciate all of your kindness & support. For those who are unaware I am still in NSW as very sadly, we recently lost my dear father in law, Simon. I am not in a Covid-19 hotspot but as the QLD government have declared all of NSW a hotspot my husband, Steve & I are unable to return to our home in QLD unless we complete 2 weeks of mandatory qua...rantine. At this stage we are not sure how to proceed but this is the reason I havent scheduled any dates for working in Emerald, Yeppoon or the Sunshine Coast. I will be in touch with everyone that has asked me to inform them of dates etc for all of the above destinations once I am able to return & safely interact with you all. In the meantime I am available to do distance healing sessions & am taking bookings from the 7th September. I will also start the Sunday morning group healing sessions again from the 13th. 09.01.2022 Hi everyone ! I am back from a wonderful break away & ready to rock n roll.. Had a beautiful time with my family, for which I am so grateful, as I know many of you have been separated from each other this year. It was such a difficult end to last year & I had so many requests for healing as so many are suffering & experiencing major illness. My heartfelt love goes to all of my clients, family & friends that are dealing with terrible conditions in the UK at present. Hopeful...ly 2021 will bring with it new hope, greater peace & harmony for us all. I have availability for distance healing sessions & I will organise some dates for a weekend of work,in Emerald, within the next few days. Thanks to everyone that has sent me a message recently asking when I will be back. Feeling the love . I have also been asked to work in Brisbane so now that the restrictions have eased I will be able to plan a trip there. My favourite prayer says: "For as long as... space endures, And for as long as living beings remain, Until then may I too abide, To dispel the misery of the world." And, in trying to fulfil that aspiration, I feel my life has been of some benefit. See more

07.01.2022 Happy Australia Day everyone. I know for many today is thought of as a day of mourning & not one to celebrate & it has become conflicting, divisive & hard to know how to approach it. We each come at it from our own personal feelings & perspective & I honour those feelings. However I would like to celebrate being Australian as I am so very grateful & lucky to live in this beautiful, diverse land and to be free to have the discussion & express ourselves openly without fear ...of repercussion. So whatever date ‘Australia Day’ falls on I hope we are able to come together & share our stories with love & compassion for the journey each of us has taken & to celebrate all that being Australian means to each of us. 04.01.2022 To meditate in Sanskrit means to cultivate self. I especially like this definition because of the metaphorical possibilities it offers, such as gardening. Whe...n you cultivate the soil, you take the packed-down earth that has been lying fallow for a while & you churn it up with a spade. You expose new dirt & nutrients, making it easier for seeds to germinate & for tender shoots to take root. Cultivation may also require you to remove plants from the previous season, attend to weeds that went unnoticed, & remove any rocks that rose to the surface by natural sifting. Last seasons plants might represent your past creations derived from the thoughts, actions, & emotions that define the old, familiar you. Weeds could signify attitudes, beliefs, or perceptions about yourself that are subconsciously undermining you, which you hadnt noticed because you were too distracted by other things. And the rocks can symbolize your many layers of personal blocks & limitations (which naturally rise to the surface over time). All these need tending to so you can make room to plant a new garden in your mind. Otherwise, without proper preparation, it would yield little fruit. It is impossible to create any new future when you are rooted in your past. You have to clear away the old vestiges of the garden (of the mind) before you can cultivate a new self by planting the seeds of new thoughts, behaviors, & emotions that create a new life. To cultivate requires making conscious decisionswhen to till the soil, when to plant, what to plant, how each of the items planted will work in harmony with the others, how much water & fertilizer to mix in, etc. Planning & preparation are essential to the success of the endeavor. This requires our daily mindful attention. When you cultivate anything, you are seeking to be in control. And thats what is required when you change any part of your self. Instead of allowing things to develop naturally, you intervene & consciously take steps to reduce the likelihood of failure. The purpose behind this effort is to reap a harvest. When you cultivate a new personality in meditation, the abundant yield you seek to create is a new reality See more
