25.01.2022 Peace out 2019 and hello to 2020, looking forward to seeing what this year unveils for me. Bonne Design was born out of a love for all things interiors. I hope to share a little bit more of what I get up to this year. A big thank you for all of your likes, comments and support and special thanks to my clients for choosing me for their projects, which means the world. May 2020 be kind to you all

24.01.2022 The shelfie! Some things to consider to get them just right; Hanging greenery is always a great idea, I go for the fake because #plantkiller Leaning art adds interest and layers Cluster a few of your favourite things that you have curated over the years and love to look at; pictures, vases, heirlooms, decanters, op shop finds, holiday gems Books are always great and can add colour, here I’ve gone with a neutral monochromatic theme to tie in with the rest of the home... Play with different heights of objects to draw the eye Break the rules, like things don’t always have to be arranged in odd numbers do they? Shelfie styling by See more

21.01.2022 I love the beauty that can be found in the most unexpected of places; like these terrazzo stairs, a hidden gem I stumbled across in a Caulfield apartment, I styled a few weeks back. There really is beauty everywhere, we just need to open our eyes to receive it.

20.01.2022 Soft and subtle....just like me A Saturday spent pottering, brings me so much content

19.01.2022 When all of your selections come together and your client jumps for joy. A little luxe living space to put her feet up and bask in the natural light. This is why I love what I do, as it warms my heart to see the smile it puts on people’s faces. #stylingtostay #stylingspacestoputasmileonpeoplesfaces

17.01.2022 Anthuriums are my favourite flowers, I love the variety of colours they come in. I love to use them to style coffee tables. The pretty blooms last a long time when you pop them in fresh water. I just learnt that they are the National Flower of Mauritius, where I was born, which perhaps explains my affinity for them.... Try popping two stems in a clear vase for an elegant touch. Do you have a favourite flower? Pic by @dave_wheeler Fab styling by @sarahellisonstudio repost via @reallivingmag

17.01.2022 Spring is in the air, filling all my favourite little vases with spring sprigs

16.01.2022 I’ve been pottering today, so I thought I’d share a #pocketofmyhome I’m loving the toffee tobacco colours around at the moment, perfect for those cooler autumn months, where we’ll be home bound. The cream vase as well as the book were both op shop finds (I love a good op shop find). Updates around your home, need not cost you an arm and a leg, especially under the current economic climate. I can offer online consultations. DM me for more info if you need some help with an area of your home. Stay safe and happy pottering

13.01.2022 Here we go AGAIN! Stay safe Melbourne, even though everything is up in the air again (much like this cushion) we got this, stay safe! x

10.01.2022 When we met with the vendor to quote on this property, his main concern was that the space looked dark and enclosing. From the moment we walked into the empty space, we could envisage the potential. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes; we measure, draw up a floor plan, put together a colour scheme right down to the timber tone to match the flooring, we look at size and scale of furniture, then there’s the install. This was a gloomy Melbourne day when we installed, just as we were about to enter stage 4 restrictions, can you believe it? 09.01.2022 A series of many serendipitous moments in the past few weeks, got me thinking

08.01.2022 Under the current environment, most of us are spending more time at home, which includes working from home. Having a space that’s inviting and comfortable, can help you to be more productive and tick off those to do lists. No matter how big or small, as long as there is some natural light filtering through, somewhere with a door (because as soon as your phone rings, the kids get hungry or thirsty or really loud), somewhere to sit and somewhere to place your things; here I have placed a cotton branch as its neutral and calming and I just love cotton and a scented candle to help me to relax. Utilising things around your home, you too can arrange a workspace to have you staying productive whilst practicing social distancing.

02.01.2022 A summer like no other | As my little family summer vacay comes to a close, my heart breaks as our beautiful country is on fire, my heart breaks for the homes that are burning; an estimated 5.9 million hectares already burnt, people are dying and we have lost over half a billion animals in the last few weeks. We can all dig deep and do our bit to help, it would be un-Australian not to via @redcrossau @salvosau @foodbankaus @nswrfs #prayforaustralia #climateemergency #thisisclimatechange
