Our healthy active community is growing again since being back at St George's Square Woohoo!... Getting fitter, stronger & healthier together!

You continued to show up for you in becoming healthier, fitter & stronger We so excited to resume back at St George's Square from Monday 5th October Bootcamp will have Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm + Saturday 9am sessions!... HOW TO JOIN US A Bootcamp Launceston Waiver Form is required to participate in sessions. 15.01.2022 Starting our week off with a 100 HITTER workout A thirty minute workout that not only got the heart rate up and the sweat dripping, but allowed each bootcamper to challenge themselves!! Well done Our next (and last workout for 2020) is Wednesday 23rd at 5:30pm Come workout with us!
