18.01.2022 We are a Covid Safe business. It is safe to say that your expectation during these uncertain days is to be kept safe. Border Limousines is doing everything in its power to keep you and your group safe on your outing. ... To do this we have completed a Covid Safe business plan. To continue being a Covid Safe business, we need your help. When you're being picked up and dropped off, please make sure you are wearing a mask. No mask, no ride. Once you are in the vehicle you may remove it once the privacy screen has been closed and the vehicle is underway. If you need to speak with the driver, please knock on the privacy screen, it will be lowered slightly. If you choose to bring hand luggage / personal items, you will be required to hold onto them or place them in the boot yourself. To gain access to the boot please speak to your driver on the night. At pickup and drop off, your driver will open the door and stand back 1.5 metres. Please do not open the door yourself and please do not approach the vehicle until the door is open. Hand sanitiser will be provided. Unfortunately glass ware and nibbles cannot be provided at this time. If your package includes a bottle of wine, you will be provided with single use glasses. Not as classy we know, but it is only for the time being. You may elect to bring your own glassware. If this is the case, please let us know while booking your trip. All trips at this time will be restricted to the state in which they originate. Ex. If you're picked up in Wodonga your trip will be Victoria side of the border only. In Albury, NSW side. For your safety your driver will sanitise the passenger area including all frequently touched surfaces, (seat belts, door handles) after every trip and again at the end of the night. Your driver will greet you wearing a mask and gloves. Handshakes and physical greetings are not permitted. We understand the painful nature of these restrictions and truly hope you will continue to consider Border Limousines for your next trip. We do our best to cater for all occasions. 12.01.2022 Took our first client for a ride today. He's usually fairly fussy with this sort of thing. Imagine my surprise when I look in the back and see the little fella sleeping away. Incidentally he also left our first review: "So, it turns out my dad owns a limo. It seems he was pretty excited to take me and mum for a trip. ...
