25.01.2022 The Chaplaincy Team have had an awesome time visiting Gilson College this morning. They got to experience an awesome chapel program and then got to brainstorm with a team of chaplains for ideas to bring home!

25.01.2022 Pop-Up Second Hand Uniform Shop 2.30-3.30pm today in the school foyer!! We have lots of wool winter jumpers, some sports zip up jackets, lots of high school girls summer shirts and a whole assortment worth checking out for $10 a piece you can’t go wrong!

22.01.2022 Dear Parents/Guardians There has been a significant water leak in Thurgoona this morning which means that Border Christian College will not be able to access sufficient water for the school day. We will require all students to be picked up from school. Primary students are to be picked up from their classroom and Secondary students from the pick up zone.... If students can not be collected they will be cared for at school. Please notify the school if you are unable to arrange for your child to be collected. We appreciate your support during this time.

20.01.2022 Dear Parents/Guardians Albury City Council are working to repair the damaged water pipes which resulted in loss of water to Thurgoona residents and the subsequent closure of the College today. As you may be aware Council expects to have the water back on tomorrow which is great news. Based on this assurance we are planning for school to run as normal tomorrow. If however the water is not back on tomorrow morning parents will be notified by SEQTA, BCC Facebook Page, email or S...MS messages at 7 am. We appreciate your understanding at this time.

19.01.2022 Roads & Traffic have informed us that on Wednesday the 3rd March 2021, all southbound traffic will be diverted along Hartigan Street, due to ongoing roadworks. Obviously this will involve increased travel time, so please allow for this in your planning.

12.01.2022 CHILDREN'S CROSSING These are part-time crossings which operate just before and after school hours, as well as other times such as school excursions and lunch times. They are highlighted by red flags with the words CHILDREN CROSSING on them. When the flags are displayed you must slow down and stop before the stop line if a pedestrian is on or entering the crossing. You must not proceed until all pedestrians have left the crossing.... 07.01.2022 COVID19 UPDATE : March 23, 2020 1. Border Christian College will remain open at this stage until the Easter Holidays. 2. The concept of 'open' means that BCC will be staffed to offer supervision while students access the same learning whether they are on-campus or at-home.... 3. For practical reasons, the Premier has encouraged parents in all schools to keep their children home. 4. BCC is continuing to develop a plan for "remote learning" that caters for both students at home and on-campus. Details of this plan will be communicated soon.

05.01.2022 What a fantastic result BCC achieved at the Wagga Wagga Primary RAS Swimming meet! Congratulations to all our students who competed and especially to Ryan, Clara & Archie who have been selected to continue on and represent RAS at CIS towards the end of March. We are very proud of your efforts! Congratulations to Ryan in Year 6 for achieving Runner Up Age Champion for 11 Year Boys in Wagga Wagga with 2 x First Places, 1 x Second Place and 2 x Third Places! Wow!!
