11.01.2022 Due to COVID-19 and the recent announcements by Daniel Andrews on Sunday 21st June and the Stage 4 Restrictions announced on midnight Wednesday 6th July, we have been forced to close the office for trading and work from home, due to the restrictions it is essential that we change our procedures for the coming months. We will not be offering face to face meetings with your accountant as we have offered in prior years where you would come into our office and meet with them to ...complete your tax return. The options available will be a phone appointment or a video conference through Microsoft Teams. Alternatively you can email your tax information to [email protected] . Once received, Angela or Rosa from our admin team will allocate your tax return to your nominated accountant being either Phillip Borg, Raj Pannu or Shane Smith to complete for you via correspondence. If you choose to have your return completed by either a phone or video conference appointment, our reception will email you a checklist of what is required from you prior to your appointment. This will enable us to have your return prepared for you prior to speaking or video chatting with you. Please understand, due to the high volume of appointments which will run continuously throughout each day and the changes in the way we are preparing tax returns, there may be longer than expected wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding, with the current environment of COVID-19 we are all in an unforeseen circumstance. We do apologise for the inconvenience. Please understand that tax time at our office is a period of time where we experience a high volume of people entering and leaving our office. Due to the current pandemic we wish to eliminate this high volume of traffic, practise physical distancing rules and avoid non essential meetings as per the COVID-19 guidleines of the Department of Health.
