Chef Simon Sandall has created a menu starting with Boronia Kitchen's signature prawn toast. A main of duck dumplings, aromatic duck broth with shitake mushrooms & baby bok choy. The vegetarian option will start with Vannella burrata, vine ripened tomatoes and Alto lemon oil with a main of Baked local eggplant, tahini, toasted wa...lnut tarator, basil and chilli.
