11.01.2022 This was definitely a first for us! The residents in this block of units discovered that the sewer drain under their living room floor had fully collapsed causing a serious blockage. We were able to pinpoint the damage and provide a fast solution to rectify the issue. After a few days of cutting and jack hammering, the residents were able to go back to normal!

07.01.2022 Does your storm water pipes cope in heavy rain? Dan recently contracted Botanical Plumbing Services to upgrade his storm water system in anticipation of this storm season. His storm water pipes originally flowed the the back yard and caused a nuisance. We upgraded the small existing piping to 100mm and even diverted it to the street instead. Dan was so pleased with the result he even left us a review.
