18.01.2022 Ladies' Thursday Stroke this week was won by Libby Doddridge, while the Saturday Comp. was won by Magne Forfang. For all the results (not many!) follow this link: http://bothwellgolfclub.com/results.html Bothwell Golf Club's AGM will happen on Thursday, 9 May, at 7.30 pm.

17.01.2022 The last Chicken Run was almost blown away. With the wind gusting at about 50 km/h, the rain coming in sideways from the west, and the temperature dropping to a few clicks above freezing, only two of a field of about a dozen survived. Our first winter event, The Saturday Stroke, had warm sunny weather, with the wind gusts barely reaching 40 km/h. 14.01.2022 We had two competitions last week. ANZAC Day Trophy on Thursday, and our normal Saturday Comp. Saturday. ANZAC Day was great. We were only ten players, but it was nice to have so many visitors from other clubs. Thank you to all the visitors! The winner on the day was Magne Forfang. Saturday's winner was Glenn Richards. 13.01.2022 A new financial year is starting in our club, and all members are encouraged to renew their membership for 2019/20 as soon as possible. Details on membership fees and payment options can be found here: http://bothwellgolfclub.com/about-us.html If you haven't been a member before, please contact us to get a membership application form: [email protected] The Committee has decided to recommend to the AGM that membership fees will be the same as last year. The AGM... will be held in our club house on Thursday, 9 Mai, at 7.30 pm. The two mail topics at the AGM will be election of office bearers, and the lease we pay Ratho Farm each year to be allowed to use the course. **Office bearers: Our President has resigned prior to the AGM, so it is important that we get a new President on that night. However, all positions are up for election. **Lease: At present we are paying $5,200 a year to lease the course. Ratho Farm wants the lease to be increased to $10,000 a year. See more

01.01.2022 Good news! Saturday, 23 May, competitions are commencing after the 'lock-down'. We tee off at 10 am on Saturday for 9 holes of golf. The course is in great shape.
