22.01.2022 When our babies are home sick from school - it’s into the clinic we go for a colonic. Generally infused with some good bacteria and electrolytes to boost the immune system, hydrate the body and flush the infection. It was incredible to watch the congestion in the nose, throat and chest start to shift during the colonic with one happy little client at the end full of energy and saying how much better he felt. Having a colonic isn’t punishment for staying home sick- it’s a tr...eat to accelerating recovery time. We love working with our little people from as young as 5 and think they are the lucky ones. 20.01.2022 As I was washing and cleaning my car this morning in preparation for an up coming road trip, it occured to me that we really take for granted the space our main vehicle of transportation provides us. We take for granted on a daily basis that our vehicle will transport us from A to B without incident. We use it as an escape from hurtful and at times harmful situations. It is a space that we can release our pent up anger by screaming and no-one can hear, aswell as expressing ou...r happiness by belting out our favourite songs while driving. We transport people around in our vehicles. All of this leaves residue energy prints behind. So i thought why not clear this energetic space like you would your house etc. So as i smudged my vehicle and cleared her energy (her name is Gidgit by the way) i thanked her for always being reliable and for transporting me to my destinations unharmed. I also find myself blessing Gidget when i put my hands on the steering wheel for the first time of the day and also thanking her before i leave her at the end of the day. Give it a go! See more
