We have rescued a few people already this week trying it in vehicles not suitable for the terrain and I know of at least one other Towing company that has rescued people as well. 17.01.2022 Covid 19 Corona Virus (long post please read) Due to the large amount of Traffic we get through our office we have decided that in order to maintain Social Distancing and protect the safety of our staff and customers we have decided to operate with our gate closed. Best form of contact is via phone 90931542 we have a buzzer on the gate if you can not call us. If you need to collect your vehicle from impound we will let only the person collecting the vehicle inside the yard.... All vehicles handled by Boulder Parts & Towing are sanitised every time a staff member enters the vehicle. Vehicles are also sanitised before we return them. We are following the guidelines in vehicle hygeine set out by our governing body the MTA. Customers will not be allowed to travel in our tow trucks unless it is an emergency. If required we will call you a Taxi or family member to collect you. 16.01.2022 On Tuesday I had finished food shopping at Woolworths with my toddler son (he was still in the trolley) and was loading the shopping into the back of my car whe...n I went to close the boot and realised my keys were sitting there. It had already closed before I could stop it and for some reason my car had automatically locked itself when it doesn’t usually do that if a door or the boot is opened. After calling quite a few places and them being unable to help and becoming quite upset because my son was screaming I phoned the police and they put me through to Boulder Parts and Towing and the the guy there was so helpful. Over an hour had passed at this stage and he came and was able to break into my car within a few minutes which was a huge relief as well as not having to smash a window. Just wanted to say thank you from a very flustered mum and that that the guy that helped was so nice and understanding with great service. See more
