24.01.2022 Today’s session. We finished it with 10 x 100m on the minute despite the time. The workout took me 29.03minutes, Luke 27.02. Then we completed the 10mins of 100m

21.01.2022 Todays workout inspired by two happy people I saw out training today who motivated me to put the chocolate down and take a break from work and the kids! 21 Kettle Bell (KB) swings then 21 crunches 15 Kettle bell swings then 15 crunches 9 Kettle bell swings then 9 crunches... 1km RUN (I did 4:53min) 21 squats holding KB then 21 push ups 15 squats holding KB then 15 push ups 9 squats holding KB then 9 push ups 1km RUN (I did 4:33min) 21 walking lunges holding KB then 21 tricep push ups 15 walking lunges holding KB then 15 tricep push ups 9 walking lunges holding KB then 9 tricep push ups 1km RUN (I did 4:45min) Have fun and I will post Luke's weekend workouts.

19.01.2022 Happy end of school holidays! This also marks the end of my time for now running BOUND. I have decided to accept a teaching position - back to my first love - as a result classes and PT sessions will not be available. My apologies and I am happy to recommend some great trainers in our area. Happy training. Kellie
14.01.2022 Hi everyone. Posting a little a workout Luke and I completed this morning. While we can still get outside and train give this a try. We went to Tempe Reserve. The rugby league field is 100m in length. Complete the workout. Check your time. Then for the remaining time to make up 30mins run 100m every minute on the minute. Luke did the workout in 16.24 and I did 18:56. So Luke did 14 100m every minute and I did 12. Enjoy and comment below with your time.

Repeat 6 times Tyler wanted variety so competed this: 25 burpees 400m Run 50 squats 400m Run 25 Push ups 400m Run Repeat this x2 No time set as I was caught up with the kids, but thinking around 30mins.
