21.01.2022 CHANGE YOUR CLOCK, CHECK YOUR SMOKE ALARM Daylight saving ends early this Sunday morning, 7 April, so FRNSW and fire services across the country are again encouraging people to check their smoke alarms when they change their clocks. More than half (56%) of fatal house fires between 2000 and 2014 had no smoke alarms. Most of these deadly fires also occurred between midnight and 6am when people were asleep....
