07.01.2022 We recently serviced both of these opened flued gas wall heaters at the same rental property Safe to say they were both fire hazards both completely full of dust and debri, both were stripped right down cleaned tested and checked for negative pressure, carbon monoxide, electrically checked and the rest. A important reminder to keep your yearly or bi-yearly servicing of all your gas heating appliances.

01.01.2022 A Great spot by our Recently qualified apprentice turned Registered plumber Ash for spotting and capping off to make safe this very unsafe and non compliant install of instant hot water service installed below the floor space of a house we were called out to. Customer was notified of the issue and dangers we hope he is smart enough to engage us to rectify the issue. As you can also see all the plumbing in this house shocking and dangerous

01.01.2022 Yesterday we were called out to a property to perform a carbon monoxide test on what they thought were opened flued heaters the clients had just purchased the house and we were horrified to find unflued gas heater being used as heating in there bedrooms and on gas bayonet fittings we also found a internal hws installed outside all of these defects were not even in there building inspection.
