25.01.2022 Bowen Storage used our in house design engineers to configure the new warehouse layout to improve efficiency and throughput at Epworth Healthcare. This included supplying our Stow pallet racking and incorporating white melamine shelves suitable for medical products. Shelving for medical parts and supplies was also relocated from the existing site, increasing available floor space for pallet racking.... We relocated their existing shelving in stages to ensure continued operations whilst being relocated. This included the removal of the old bulk pallet racking, making it easy for Epworth to exit the old facility. The installation of the project was managed by Bowen Storage and carried out in several stages. Downtime was minimised by liaising closely with the client and installing the storage systems around their existing stock and daily order picking schedules. After conducting an extensive on-site review, Bowen Storage installed a trial version of the Super 123 system at MECCA Brands existing warehouse. Bowen then worked closely with supply chain consultant Xact Solutions to design and fitout the new warehouse utilising the benefits of the Super 123 shelving system....
