24.01.2022 Can’t wait to see what you’d like in next week’s boxes! This isbaked spicy cauliflower, delish! Parboiled cauli florets and dipped in batter made of chickpea flour, Belicious Portuguese spice and water. Next time I’ll try egg instead of water. Lightly sprayed with olive oil and baked.

05.01.2022 The bananas today were all different sizes! They might not win the beauty contest today but... did you know they are grown in Coffs Harbour with no chemicals, are sweeter due to slower ripening and have low food miles? Winning! Major supermarkets supply bananas from North Queensland, which have to be grown with lots of fungicides and pesticides due to the high humidity. They also ripen quickly in the sun and don’t have as much time to develop flavour. And of course, they have higher food miles. The case for Coffs is officially closed!
