03.01.2022 Hi all, thank you for coming last night to box4life, it was so refreshing to reconnect with our box4life family and to meet our new comers. It was indeed a great training, I truly believe we'll start to see positive changes, results and transformation in every aspect of your lives. We strive for a better lifestyles by making good choices, the understanding of the journey we walk on earth is too short. We need each other to support one another despite our differences and cultu...re. As we come together in training, exercising and having fun! Be reminded to choose well, to purposefully be helpful and generous to all people. We only live once, box4life is about wellbeing, ensuring we are okay within ourselves. We will continue every Thursday night at the esplanade 6pm to 7pm. Be encourage to bring someone you know that will benefit and receiving support, mentally, psychologically, emotionally and physically. We are running box4life at Yorkys Knob every Saturday from 7am to 8am. Bring a towel, water and attitude of gratitude. Gloves and pads are provided.
