24.01.2022 Apple and rhubarb crumble YUM. Stewed the apple and rhubarb with a tablespoon of coconut sugar until soft, then made a super simple crumble topping with oats, brown sugar, a bit of flour and butter. Baked for 20 minutes and topped off with a splash of cream Box Divvy

24.01.2022 Blueberry Chia Compote - a simple yet delicious treat to jazz up Greek yogurt for the kids without any added sugar plus makes my overnight oats/porridge feel a bit fancy. Yes Box Divvy has some great pantry items at competitive prices including chia seeds which are quite a bit cheaper than Coles and Woolies - whoop whoop! Recipe - 2 punnets of blueberries, a dash of water. Bring to the boil, let simmer for a few minutes. Take off the heat, mash fruit, add a tablespoon or 2 o...f chia seeds + a teaspoon of vanilla extract - voila. Keeps for a week in a glass jar. 16.01.2022 Our Box Divvy Avo’s have been small and firm lately but we find they are a perfect portion size for a household who loves Avo on toast or in salads etc not to mention the flavour AND no bruises from multiple hands giving them a squish in the supermarkets . . REMEMBER - a hard avocado is a fresh avocado as they do not start to ripen until they have been picked.
