10.01.2022 How to do a Sandbag Squat: Starting with your feet hip width apart width a straight back with the sandbag on your shoulders. When starting this exercise start to push your hips back and bend the knees till your hips and knees are parallel to each other while making sure your feet are flat on the ground and not raising. While in this position hold for 3-5 seconds then push yourself up through the hamstrings and glutes and not raise your heels off the floor till you are into the starting position again then repeat for 8 reps for 3 sets.
