19.01.2022 ******** NEWS JUST IN ******** Exciting news for Brad Lamont Massage Therapist, I Have just confirmed a sponsorship deal with the Wodonga Hockey Club for the remainder of their 2017 season .I will be working in partnership with the Club to help them achieve their goals for the 2017 season by providing my experience and knowledge in a sports treatment capacity. 17.01.2022 ******Preventative Back Exercises****** Recently I have been seeing a lot of lower back complaints coming through the clinic, some being chronic back injuries, some are tight lower lumbar muscles,but many are related to sciatic pain stemming from problems with the sciatic nerve. Whilst some of these complaints need professional treatment to correct the problems they are causing,some with a little bit of preventative exercise can save a lot of these lower back problems from g...etting out of control.I recently found this short youtube video relating to Sciatica Nerve treatment,and thought that these preventative back exercises may help some of you who are suffering from mild sciatic nerve pain and or lower back pain...Try these exercises for a week & see if they help to ease the pain...if after a week you find that the pain is not decreasing and may even be worse, feel free to contact me and book a session where i can asses the problem and give the required treatment to the injury.You can also contact me through private message where i will en devour to answer all of your questions.Cheers Brad. https://youtu.be/wUOb0qA_w3I
