22.01.2022 Turning a negative into an opportunity to grow... If theres one thing Ive learnt about life over the years, resilience will have you prevail. In 2015, my blossoming football career was cut short and mature age draft hopes taken from me due to an arthritic condition (for those that know me, I wasnt a great footballer - shit kick). Pretty shattered about the thought of not being able to play footy again at the age of 25, I thought it was a good opportunity to get my hands di...rty with some more coaching. Over the next couple of years I coached the C grade side at Scotch Old Collegians Football Club and ran the fitness side of things of the whole squad, from As down to Cs. It allowed me to gain more experience coaching larger groups and putting into practice some basic prehab and conditioning protocols to get our boys fit and out on the park. In 2017 I managed to coach our C grade to a grand final, with the A grade also making the granny the same year and winning. Although I greatly missed playing (and still do), this was by far one of the funnest seasons Id ever had and my growth as a person is something Im proud of. To create buy in and trust with my players was truly satisfying and something Ill never take for granted. During this time I also volunteered my services at SASI, North Adelaide Football Club, SA State Under 18s and the Adelaide Crows Development Squad. If you want something, you gotta go after it, cuz its not gonna come knocking at your door! 1. Grand Final Day 2018 2. 1/4 time prep 2018 3. Coaching face #2 (getting older now) 4. Round 18 2018 - coaching a few of my best mates (big win that day)

13.01.2022 Where my passion for coaching all began... During my 3 year stint rowing coaching youth athletes I was fortunate to have some great success. Not only were my boys State Champions, but also Head of the River champions, a feat no senior crew had achieved in 7 years. Fortunately we also had the opportunity to compete at the Australian National Rowing Championships in the school boys and under 19s divisions, rubbing shoulders with some of the best rowers and fellow coaches in A...ustralia. My time rowing coaching bought to the surface my passion for building relationships and getting the most out of those around me, along with a real thirst for knowledge. And boy did I enjoy it!! 1. Awards ceremony - HOTR 2011 2. Fresh off the water after winning HOTR getting around my boys. Still one of my fondest coaching memories. 3. Pre-race chat at Nationals 2011 4. State champions 2011 5. Coaching game face

11.01.2022 Gaining momentum... In 2014 I began my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Physiology and after my first semester I realised it was going to be pretty bloody important to gain practical experience whilst I studied if I was going to survive post Uni. So I dove into my Certificate IV in Fitness which would allow me to coach as a PT. This was the prefect opportunity to take my learnings from my degree and apply them in the real world. It certainly wasnt easy juggling my ow...n business and full time study, but the learnings I take from that time of my life carry through with me today. My most enjoyable experiences came from building trust and relationships with my clients to help them in some way on their journey in life. Some highlights included rehabbing a cancer patient, building strength in numerous clients to aid in their day to day living, helping stacks of people lose weight and gain muscle and aiding in the performance of a few amateur athletes. The satisfaction I would get from helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is still one of the main reasons why I love what I do!! 1. Testimonial - Craig 2. Group training session 3. Testimonial - Lausanne 4. Celebrating the end of a 12 week challenge with a few clients
