10.01.2022 Great job down Belair! Was given a well needed restoration. The roof was first pressure cleaned at 6000PSI The ridge caps were split and had thinned! Chucked them in the bin, then re-layed and pointed some fresh monier ridge caps with sellys point works. The next step is a mould treatment called "Prep treat", made by Dulux which is sprayed on the edge of the tile to kill mould spores. One last final wash to remove all dust and the painting can start.Three coat paint system by dulux! One coat of WB roof sealer and two coats of Dulux Roof Membrane (our paint is NOT watered down!)
