08.01.2022 Well what a crazy year 2020 has been with many highes and lowes. This year COVID-19 sadly not only killed a lot people but also a lot of small businesses and I want to personally thank every single one of my clients and followers for not only helping BWC survive but also grow. We have seen a year of people reaching their goals, and others sweating (and swearing at their awesome trainer) while working their arse off and enjoying their journey to becoming the best version of themselves that they can be. 05.01.2022 "Ain't that the truth" I can remember when I was first starting out on my weight loss journey. Even though my doctor had just told me I was "a heart attack waiting to happen" I struggled mentally to get started. I was afraid of training in a commercial gym locally, not because I was afraid of gyms. No infact, before spiralling down the winding road of depression that led to my massive weight gain I was in great shape. I had to be due to my sporting commitments. The reason I w...as afraid was because I didn't want to be recognised by anyone that knew "Fit Brad" and see their looks of discussed at the fat arsed Jubba the Hut Brad that would have been standing before them so I took my journey to NextGen Canberra.
