If you've been following Bras By S for a while, you would know I am extremely passionate about days like today (I'm actually a counsellor too!). 1 in 5 Australians are affected by mental illness annually, yet many don’t seek help because of stigma. I want people to understand that mental illness is more common than you think and IT IS OKAY. ... It's okay if you need help and it's okay to seek help.
