Due to the 4sqm rule still being in place when we return, we are still limited to 5 chairs, with 6 hairdressers. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your preferred time and date, but please be patient with us if we cannot give you your first preference. We will all be working really hard, so please be kind and we are sorry i...f you cannot see your preferred stylist. We are in really tough times and we will all be trying our hardest. 21.01.2022 Posting this 5 hours later because that’s life right now I can’t believe we are shutting the salon today. In 6.5 years, this has definitely been the biggest challenge I’ve come across! A massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to my team @angie_bravadohair @leila_bravadohair @taylah_bravadohair @kathleen_bravadohair @labrini7 for being so amazing during this crazy period. You guys are my strength right now and I couldn’t have gotten through the last 6 months wi...thout you all. 12.01.2022 The Premier has just announced the Roadmap to Reopening for Melbourne. This means we will not be able to open our salon until October 26th. Our team just needs a few days to process this all and prepare for the next few weeks.... Please be patient with us! This is a lot to take in and a lot to organise. We will be in contact next week to whoever has appointments booked in sep/oct. At this stage we are not rebooking appointments, as things could change. Closer to the date of reopening, when we are absolutely certain we can open to in-salon services, we will be in touch with all the clients that we need to rebook. 08.01.2022 Dear clients, At this stage we are not making any bookings until we have a concrete reopening date, as nothing has been confirmed just yet. Clients that had an appointment in August, September or October that was cancelled, you automatically went onto our ‘clients to contact list’ ... If you didn’t have an appointment, we will add you to the bottom of the list. We will be contacting everyone once we have a confirmed reopening date. If you haven’t heard from us once we have reopened, don’t worry! We have a big list to get through, and will be trying our hardest to get through it as quick as possible! We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but we can only do so much. The salon is opening many extra hours to accommodate everyone. We will be as flexible as we can. We apologise if you cannot get in with your regular stylist, but our other incredible stylists may be able to accomodate. Please be patient with us, as everyone is desperate to get their hair done! 07.01.2022 We have just received the great news from our premier @danielandrewsmp that we can finally open tomorrow! It’s hard to believe we’ve been closed for 11 weeks! The team has a lot of work to do over the next 48 hours, so please be patient and don’t stress, we will try accommodate you where possible. We will be contacting everyone who is on our waiting list. If you had an appointment canceled in the last 3 months, you automatically went onto our list. Priority will be given to ...clients who had their appointments cancelled 3 months ago. We will not be opening until Wednesday as we have a lot to organise. If you want to make an appointment before Christmas, please email [email protected] to be added to the list and we will get in contact as soon as we can. Please note we will not be able to take on new clients on at this stage, as we are limited on chairs and density restrictions and need to fit in our backlog of appointments from the last 3 months. We have extended our trading hours to accommodate everyone and will do our best. We kindly ask you all to be patient with us during this time. 01.01.2022 I feel numb. My shop is now closed for Six. Whole. Weeks. I just needed to sit down at the end of today and reflect for a bit. It makes me sad that my shop is so empty. Something that is usually so full of life and personality, now feels hollow and soulless. What a whirlwind these last 5 months have been. What month are we even in? I’m still trying to let this all sink in ... I never get political, or share my opinions on this page, as I just don’t like to go there. But I’ve had enough and I will say this: THIS. IS. REAL. And it blows my mind how people are still disrespecting the situation. Yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but some people’s ‘opinions’ have turned us into a state of disaster. It’s time to stop being so selfish. There are thousands of people who have caught this virus. There are over one million Australians out of work right now. Businesses have been forced to close, which means no income for some. Families can’t see each other. Some people live alone. Some people are dying alone. There are healthcare workers who are sweating their butts off, LITERALLY sweating for hours, in sweaty PPE all day, looking after OUR families, OUR friends, OUR partners. I do a lot of their hair. I know a lot of them well. And you know what? They DON’T complain. So you have no right to. WEAR YOUR MASKS STAY CLOSE TO HOME ONLY SHOP FOR WHAT YOU NEED SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES And the rest will sort out itself. See you all before you know it! Bec x
