22.01.2022 ISO ESSENTIAL - AHA Power Exfoliant This exfoliant is the closest thing you can get to an in-clinic peel at home. It uses Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid to gently eat away at superficial dead skin cells that lead your skin to feel dry, rough and textured. These dead skin cells can build up and block your pores, leading to congestion and breakouts. This build up will also prevent your other skincare product from penetrating correctly and will go to waste! An acid-based exfolia...nt can also penetrate deeper than just the surface layer of your skin just like an in-clinic peel. A scrub will not produce the same sort of benefits as a acid-based exfoliant. Sometimes when youre consistently having peels/microhydrabrasion, you wont need to exfoliate at home (as we never want to over exfoliate) so there may be some of you regular clients who dont own this product! Its a simple enough question and I totally get why its asked. I mean, is it a world-wide conspiracy amongst skincare companies trying to get us buying an extra cream we dont really need or do each actually perform a different function? Well, the short answer is YAS Girl, you need two!; but the long answer is this:... Our skin works differently at night. When the ticking hand of our bodys circadian rhythm strikes sleepy time our skin is signaled into repair mode. It switches from its day time protect mode and begins work on recovering and repairing any damage and stress accumulated during the day. Melatonin and HGH (Human Growth Hormone) increases and your skins regeneration process speeds up. 19.01.2022 Over the last few days we have all received very mixed messages on what we as a business should be doing to look after our clients, employees and the health and safety of our community. We have complied with all infection control measures suggested by the government and all safety advice. Our staff have completed extra health and safety training for COVID19 recommended by the government. It is impossible however for us in the beauty industry to follow recommendations of socia...l distancing due the close proximity in which we work with clients day to day. Because this virus can be transmitted by people who arent yet showing symptoms, we as a team at Brazilian Beauty Bendigo feel that it would be irresponsible of us to continue providing our services to the community at this time. We will wait for further information from the health department and government as they learn more about this virus. So its with a heavy heart that we have decided to close our doors temporarily. 19.01.2022 brazilianbeautybendigo As announced this morning, Victoria can move to step 3 from 11.59 Wednesday evening, which means we are OPEN from Thursday the 17th of September In line with the current rules surrounding masks, we will be unable to provide any services that requires removing your mask during the service. Unfortunately this does mean we are unable to provide skin treatments to the face, hair removal of the lower face (waxing, IPL, electroysis) and eyebrow tattooing (...as we need to view the full face while measuring the brows for this service). All other services will be able to be performed from Thursday We will be in contact with anyone who has a booking currently for this week to confirm you still would like this appointment.
