13.01.2022 ** HAIL/STORMS INCOMING ** Wild weather is hitting Melbourne. We can repair your caravan better than new if you get hit and all through your insurance. It's very important to check your caravan after a hail storm as the damage can knock thousands off your resale (yes even damage to the roof!).

12.01.2022 Yesterday we gave some to a very hard working tradesmans trailer for Sterling Garden Services based in Berwick. Cameron is a very busy man and trailer maintenance can be difficult to keep on top of as he relies on it for work every day! We understand this and aimed for a quick turn around time (1 day) to not disrupt his work flow. We started by dropping the whole suspension, welding up all the worn/elongated hangers, replacing all of the grease bolts, nylon bushings, stee...l rollers and going over other assorted suspension components that were heavily worn. We then serviced the electric brakes and installed a full NSK bearing set to replace the existing tired Chinese bearings. A few wiring issues fixed and she's back to being a safe reliable trailer. 08.01.2022 Another undercarriage service to round out the afternoon on this Jayco Journey Outback. A routine service but it does need a wheel alignment due to excessive wear on the kerb side tyres and we replaced the anode rod to the hot water service.

02.01.2022 First undercarriage service for this Jayco Expanda in a very very long time. This was a bit of a mess The grease was like water in the bearings and it pushed through the bearing seals covering everything. Way too many kilometers between servicing.
