I found Break-Thru on Facebook and what distinguished this business from the masses was that it genuinely looked like a welcoming space where members were valued. I attended my first session and immediately signed up on the spot - what had appealed to me was exactly what I got in that first session and has motivated me to continue to stay a member 2+ years on. Mitch and Jayme are knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable, both as business owners and trainers. Everyday that I train at Break-Thru it is clear that members are not just a number and that Mitch and Jayme care and are motivated by, each member’s individual progress and success. This was especially clear during the peak of COVID-19 with the efforts Mitch and Jayme made to quickly adapt their business and deliver daily content so that we could continue to train during difficult times. At the beginning of 2020 Break-Thru transitioned from bootcamps to Break-Thru active. It was an easy choice to move across to Break-Thru active, even though I was nervous to take on the challenge of these new workouts. All my nerves were eased with the first workout when I learned all movements could be scaled and adapted to each person’s fitness. I have loved the new strength components that have been introduced, the workout of the day and the ability to stay accountable and track my progress through the technology implemented by Mitch and Jayme. As a member it has been great to watch Mitch and Jayme go from strength to strength with the success of their business, expanding their team with past members Brodie and Steve and now launching Break-Thru Active. I have no hesitation in recommending Break-Thru Active to people of all ages and fitness levels!
