16.01.2022 Dear friends, Due to last night's government announcements regarding stage 1 restrictions in NSW, we will be closed as of today. I am closing doors for 2 weeks and will re access on Thursday, 2nd of April. Please read on... For all Breakout Fitness clients, I give you 2 options. ... Option 1 I ask you not to pause or cancel your membership right now. If everyone decides to pause or cancel at the same time, this will have a serious effect on us. Instead we will see your payments as a small loan. Once we open our doors again (hopefully in a couple weeks) we will pause your membership based on a split roster to make up for these 2 weeks while you still attend so that everyone is not paused at once. For example, 15 people's payments paused in April, 15 in May to make up for the time closed. I am a member of another gym that is also doing this, I'm supporting them in this way too. I'm only asking you to do this if you are able to. Option 2 If you are struggling financially, then email us to put your membership on hold with a reactivation date and then we can reassess closer to the date. Financially this will hurt, as every small business is hurting right now, we MUST do our part. It's tempting and I want to keep my personal training clients coming for our 1 on 1 sessions, but I stand to do my part and will not be doing 1 on 1 personal training for the next 2 weeks. For your sake and Australia's sake. Some people may think, how would 1 persons actions effect anyone else... IT DOES, and it will. The clear fact is, is that we can be walking around with the virus and not show any symptoms of it. I'm not worried about me, I worry about my mum, grandmother, your mum, dad and grandparents. This is how you should be thinking. This is what needs to happen to stop it from overwhelming our health system. Each person has their part to fulfill. If don't see that, take a good look around and see how quickly this has spread, BECAUSE people aren't taking precautions. I have my part to play and so do you, we are all in this together and each one of us has to be responsible for your own actions if we want to overcome this. While some of humanity has shown it's true colours in being selfish, greedy and to be honest, stupid. I still have faith in humanity, I still see the best in people and whether you like it or not, we are all in this together. I want to sincerely thank our health workers, the governments actions to help financially and all front line employees, I am thinking of you. In order to make any progress, you need to be mentally healthy, believe that we can overcome this and we will be stronger than ever. This will pass. We will be stronger than ever. 09.01.2022 Hey everyone, we have good news! Our Bootcamp (Adults and Juniors) will open as of next week (Monday 30th March) and we will be running it at Wiley Park, outdoors. If you are interested in joining us, we are offering a special once off discount to join. We are only allowing 10 people per session and with all major gyms being closed, this is going to be popular so click the send message button below to join now! ... Anyone that is sick will be sent home immediately, but I'm sure most people won't attend if they are. Only 10 people will be allowed per session. So that we are nice and spaced out in the fresh air. Our time table will remain the same, the only difference is that it will be held at Wiley Park and you will need to book in your sessions via the calendar I will provide to make sure we cap each session at 10 people. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.



09.01.2022 Timetable update: Hey everyone, I am getting back on board with running the Bootcamp sessions (get ready!) as well as adding Ream! Ream started Personal Training with me more than a year ago and has lost more than 15kg! She has come a long way both physically and mentally and along the way... got her Personal Training certifications. I tend to have that effect on my clients :D... Below is the new timetable, and if you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

07.01.2022 Hey everyone, Unfortunately due to the Prime Ministers latest announcements regarding outdoor gatherings limited to only 2 people, we will be discontinuing the Bootcamp at Breakout Fitness Lakemba. When I launched Breakout Fitness in October 2017, my dad (who meant the world to me) suddenly passed away November (1 month later). This turned my life upside down and that did not stop me from building the Breakout Fitness community. ... We launched and sold out 6 week challenges. We launched the kids Bootcamp in Feb 2018 and could not take on any more clients. We made a difference in peoples lives. My clients, your transformation has been my biggest transformation, my inspiration and my source of fulfillment for the last 3 years. Seeing you succeed allowed me to get through the hardest time in my life. And we pulled through. 3 weeks ago I hired a couple people to touch up the walls and paint in the studio, and just like that... from no issues at all within 3 weeks we are discontinuing the Bootcamp. I have stopped all direct debits last night and you will NOT be required to provide the standard 4 week cancellation notice period. While it's heart breaking for me, I know there are other people out there who have it much worse. We are all in this together. We will be selling the majority of our equipment, we know that gym equipment is in high demand, so keep an eye out for that! For every client that has come and gone, I believed and always will believe in you. Whether you signed up for a trial, joined our Juniors Bootcamp, Adults Bootcamp or any of our challenges, I hope during your experience you took away 1 thing and that is this... My goal for you was never just to lose weight. My goal for you is to show you that you CAN, accomplish anything you put your mind to and the only reason you can't is because of your own limitations you set for yourself. You are strong, you are confident and you can be happy with yourself first of all and then everything else. My job was just to show you how to see that. Because then, you are empowered to create the life that you want. While this may be the end of the Bootcamp, it's definitely not the end of us. I am a problem solver with endless motivation and determination, hope that will inspire and achieve many more things to come. We will be launching online coaching programs and products within the next couple weeks to help with your health, fitness and mindset. Moving forward, I will be focusing on the issue of people staying home during the virus outbreak, people getting fat and going insane without socializing and being home.
