25.01.2022 THE BEST TRAINING AND NUTRITION PLAN WONT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE NOT SHIFTED YOUR IDENTITY AND ARE IN THE RIGHT MINDSET!!! Do you fall in one of these categories? 1) Im not training at all but know I should be. I find excuses as to why im not training, eating well, sleeping enough etc. Some common ones are Not enough time, Im busy, Its hard to be motivated etc... 2) I go on a rollercoaster of a period of time where I am engaged and focused on my health and a period of time where I fall off the wagon for a period of time. 3) I train regularly but rely on others to keep me training like A Personal Trainer, Friends, Family. As a result I don't look after myself the best outside of the gym when Im relying on myself to make good choices and take action for my health Comment below which one if you do! Unfortunately its easy to slip into one of these categories but its also not complicated to change these circumstances. There are multiple aspects that go into being the best version of yourself but it starts with your attitude, Mindset and how you want to see yourself and be seen by others. 18.01.2022 PROGRESS POST The Breakthrough SFC Coaching Program kicked off in early October and already the progress of our young guys has been awesome! One of our members Jack is less then a month into our coaching program. Jack started out at 72kg and in 3 weeks is up to 76.7kg with almost 5 kgs of healthy, strong body weight added. ... 09.01.2022 It took me a long time to develop a healthy relationship with food! There was a time that I thought to get the progress I am looking for with my training I need to get super restrictive with my nutrition and cut out all foods that weren't "clean" as I didn't want to put any body fat on. Even in this photo taken a few years ago on holidays I felt guilty for eating food I usually wouldn't. Over time I came to understand that this approach is not sustainable nor is it necess...ary. Sure, proper fuelling for your training involves gaining the majority of your fuel from good sources that your body and mind needs however this shouldn't mean that we fail to enjoy food or miss out on experiences.
