21.01.2022 Gymea Lily Doryandhus This plant was planted by me three years ago as I like the bottom part of the foliage, as it looked like a New Zealand Flax. About a year ago it started growing a spike from the middle, which is now 6.5 metres high. I am guessing that it will flower soon. Those of you who have been to Sydney or are from Sydney may recognise it.

21.01.2022 The Lap Pool, offering a healthy lifestyle...

20.01.2022 A project of ours in Burns Beach. Combination water features and pools are always a nice touch to give you that surrounded by water feel.

19.01.2022 Blue water, blue tiles, grape vines and passion fruit vines up the back with citrus trees, mango trees, herbs and seasonal vegetables to be planted. You could be in Mykonos. You too could have the beetch in your backyard. Utilised the rear of the block this Trigg home has severe elements at play. Composite grey aged decking, narrow lap pool and combination spa. The stone although looks like limestone is actually imported from Greece and is almost a hard travertine which does not age or change colour. To the right there is an outdoor kitchen.

19.01.2022 The Agave is a very popular feature plant at the moment and is very easily propogated.

18.01.2022 Living space, flowing from indoor to outdoor...

06.01.2022 Enjoy your long weekend everyone and stay safe. :-)

06.01.2022 For the past 70 years this beautiful tree was thought to be extinct . It was discovered in the Japanese location of Honshu near the Nagano Sarki factory (where they had the 1986 Winter Olympics). It originates from China and the Chinese are now using as street trees. Anyway, that is the story I was told in Japanese.

06.01.2022 Cedar lining was used in the ceiling and poured limestone for the paving, with random stone look alike etched into it to give a more coastal feel. Secret fix Merbau timber was used for the decking.

06.01.2022 The entry to The Gough home What a beautiful day, enjoy the sunshine everyone. ;-)

04.01.2022 "Verge Veges" A great time for planting all of your autumn veges. Mini cauliflower, purple cauliflower, mini broccoli, purple broccoli, kale, beetroot, kohlrabi, basil, leeks, bok choi, pak choi, mini red cabbage and large red cabbage. Stay tuned for our sauerkraut recipe.... Chinese cabbage, silver beet, red chard silver beet and garlic. These will keep you going all through winter and great for soups and stews.

04.01.2022 "Verge Veges" My sister discovered these Vietnamese Pumpkins on a trip to Vietnam. Does anyone know where I can get the seeds from so that I can grow them on my back fence?

03.01.2022 Looking out at the pool from inside the home creates calm...

03.01.2022 A highly recommended fishing trip out of Jurien Bay. A big thanks to Whitey and Crew! The conditions could not of been better. A huge variety of fish and to think we have this at our backdoor. We drove back to Ledge that night after cleaning fish. Thank you to John & Rose for their hospitality at their beautiful beach house in Ledge. To think that all were in bed by 9, it was a long day, but worth it.

02.01.2022 "Verge Veges" Plant Worm Wood as a companion plant, found really good near the chook yard, helps with stick fleas and in vege patch its hard to tell but looks like a significant drop in the white butterfly numbers. One thing to think of, not to let it get out of control.

01.01.2022 "Verge Veges" Broccoli - an edible plant from the cabbage family.
