24.01.2022 Words on paper . . At the core she’s a mess A discombobulated compilation of the greatest hits and hardest blows.... She screams on the inside and smiles for the public. A blending of extremes balanced by self lies. I’m fine I’m ok I’ve got this . I’m falling apart I’m broken I can’t do this When the breath is the biggest accomplishment for the day she realises, she’s aware, she notices the depths she has sunk. No wonder breathing is hard, no wonder there is no light. She raises her gaze, lifts her chin and opens her chest. Awareness returns, slowly she picks away at the mess, she is worthy, she is needed and she is not broken. She chooses to be more, chooses to stand tall and feel into the extremes. 22.01.2022 My new way to start the day is to open the curtains as soon as I wake up, it’s not the best view but in one little corner from my pillow I can see a power pole. This morning while trying to just be present I started focusing on a magpie trying to balance on the wire. Both trying neither succeeding. Hmmmm interesting. My mind drifts off, we never really see how hard it is for a bird to balance on a wire when they are just learning. We just see them doing it, I always smile wh...en you see the birds hanging upside down and having a great time in the rain. And again focus gone. We do this to often, focus on the finished product the outcome and don’t acknowledge what it took to get to that point. Learning stuff is hard and messy, sometimes hurts but sometimes you laugh. I think today I’ll be a little gentler on myself because I am learning and although I’m not there yet I have made progress. . Be gentle Love you See more

04.01.2022 I have said many times that trance dance is my thing. Amplify with the elements, pouring rain, wind, lightning and thunder. . . .... . She went back to the great depths below. Back to the creator, the centre, the beginning. Seeking the power, the contracts, the levels. The keeper presents and questions my intent. What am I and how am I here. I breathe, seek and surrender. What am I and how am I here. I am water, I am mermaid, I am carrier, I am transporter. I become surrounded by casing, a womb space as such. Encapsulated, enclosed, engulfed and held. I see the darkness and enter with intention, I may never visit this place again. Open the portals and let’s begin. Hmmmmm deeeeeee hmmmmmm daaaaa Hmmmmm deeeeee hmmmmm daaaaa Sssshhhhhh I speak with sounds not heard before. They flow out with ease and are accepted. I ask my questions. Why have you returned me to this darkness. The reply is surrender, sink deeper into the earth, the next layer below. The surface is shifted from what was before, no longer are we needed to find a cure. The negotiations begin and I plead my case. I am now ready for this great embrace. I have learnt the knowledge and collected the wise ways. Wise ocean woman appears, she’s the creator and cultivator of all. Rest in this space little one, for it’s time to grow, you are now needed and it’s time to show. Wait for the right time, to be born to life, you are now sacred and birthing a life. Collect up your treasures, the gifts and needed. My body is swelling, the new is upon me. It fills in my hollows and brings wholeness beyond what I thought I was capable, a fullness level ready for travel. I feel back into my body. I notice my 2 legs returning. This body must travel the lands, create new paths and get the gifts back to the heart. I start to walk, left right and then left. I notice my companion, he’s parting the earth laying a liquid, a plasma. We travel together, we visit the earths wise women. We learn the songs, the story of circle and travel. Back to the centre, the base, the birth. Returning the gifts, activating the portals, allowing alignment, anchoring. Content and completed. Back to my body. See more
