He was employed to help renovate our property, during this time his duties involved internal an external building and carpentry works. He is highly competent, well organised, punctual, dedicated and trustworthy. No task was to difficult and was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Brendan Cross. [email protected] To whom it may concern, I have had the opportunity to have known Brendan Cross since 2014, when I commenced working as a building project manager for a large building organisation. Brendan first came to my attention while I was undertaking a residential property building inspection, where he was undertaking carpentry and tiling works. From my initial discussions with Brendan about the works he was carrying out and his explanation of the processes he was using, it became clear to me he was a competent trades person who knew what he was taking about. Since our initial meeting in 2014, I have had many occasions to observe Brendan’s ability first hand across numerous projects he was involved in where I have been highly impressed with his performance, his ability to think outside the square in finding suitable solutions to difficult problems, and his ongoing commitment to deliver a quality product. On other occasions I have also drawn on his extensive building knowledge to seek ideas on how best to approach different and complex building related tasks. And without fail, Brendan has always provided me the courtesy of his experience and his knowledge to find suitable solutions on a wide range of building topics and also across many building trades such as plumbing and electrical works. It also needs to be noted that Brendan’s work practices take his personal safety and others into consideration, and is not troubled to call out bad practices or behaviors when they occur.
