Here's my favourite pancake recipe: 1 cup SR Flour A pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of sugar... 1 egg Half a cup of milk with a tablespoon of vinegar in it (this is an easy way to make buttermilk) Half a teaspoon of baking powder 1 tablespoon of melted butter Mix it all together and let it sit of half an hour (if you can) You'll get fluffy, yummy pancakes every time!
