20.01.2022 This storm came through at 10:45am yesterday. Although the hail was only pea to marble size it has caused some damage through the crops. The extent of stem bruising will become apparent in the next week or so. In the meantime the insurer will be contacted and we will see how we go. Unfortunately even a few bee swarms on the property did not escape unscathed.

Have you phoned a farmer today??

14.01.2022 The best part of being in small community is the ability to support local organisations that have touched you or others close to you personally. We’re organising a bulk order of these great little cookie packs which will raise money for two such worthy organisations in Orange. We’ll take care of ordering, collection and delivery. PM us to order and organise payment :)

09.01.2022 Crops are hanging on despite large frosts and not much rain.

09.01.2022 Incoming! The storms are wreaking havoc with fellow grain growers and hay makers across NSW this past week. The forecast is not looking any better either. Our thoughts go out to our industry members who have had their crops damaged by rain and hail and who are still desperately trying to harvest. Meanwhile we also sit anxiously as each rumble of thunder and storm cell roll by.
