Briagolong & District Pony Club would also like to thank Stratford Pony Club, examiners Bev Milner & Sonya Perkins, and everyone else that was involved in making today such a success.

08.01.2022 Wow what another fantastic weekend our club has had. Congratulations to all those who competed this weekend at the East Gippsland Zone Showjumping and Dressage Championships. Congratulations to Emily & Kasey for taking out the championship for their grades, we would also like to congratulate our other members that placed this weekend you should all be very proud of yourselves!!!

08.01.2022 Last weekend, Bridget, one of our Senior Riders and Pony Club Pop as support crew, headed to Murrunundi in NSW to compete in the King of the Ranges Stockmans Challenge. The Challenge involves 6 phases to complete. Bareback Obstacle course, Cattle Work, Whip cracking, Trim and Shoeing, PackSaddle and Bridgets favourite Cross county. After her horse, Cooper, ended up with a minor injury 6 days out from the Challenge, John & Mel Douglas came to the rescue with a replacement horse, Bobby, for her. Having only ridden Bobby 3 times prior, and in true Briag determination and style, Bridge came home with a 5th overall and a 1st in the Cross country phase, out of a field of around 14 Juniors.
