21.01.2022 20201025_Important Notice from BLCS (Cleaning Cancellation May Happen) ~~ Cleaning Cancellation May Happen ~~ Dear our clients from Brian & Leo's Cleaning Services (BLCS),... In the past six years, we have been delivering professional domestic and office cleaning services to several hundreds of local families and businesses by our reliable, professional and friendly cleaning staff. Amid COVID-19, we shutdown for one month and survived in the worst time of this business via the support from our loyal clients. Unfortunately, due to the border closure, we are suffering from a shortage of cleaners at this stage. Even worse, our current cleaners will finish their work commitment soon without new staff being recruited and trained in the near future, even though we have tried hard in the past two months. As a business owner, the last thing we want to do is to cancel any of our clients. Sadly, we have to downsize our workload to the extent we can manage at this stage. We need to cancel or put on hold (on our wait list) at least 40-50 clients in the next few weeks which doesn’t mean we would like to leave anyone specifically. Our priority to keep our clients is based on proximity, frequency of cleaning, client’s flexibility, our capability and many other considerations. For those clients who are going to be cancelled or put on hold, we are very sorry but we would rather leave the choice to you to find another reliable or back-up cleaner to service your house as we did in the past years, than our roughly finding someone incapable of delivering an adequate service so to keep our own business. However, if we can manage to keep your regular cleaning services we may also need to reschedule your day, time, cleaner or cleaning frequency so we can better manage our resources. When the circumstance changes, hopefully in the coming year, we will keep in touch and deliver the same excellent cleaning services to you again when applicable. Thank you for the kind understanding and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to confirm your current intention to continue your scheduled cleaning as per normal or to keep it suspended until your further notice to resume earliest from MONDAY 11TH MAY for more time to evaluate relaxed rules to the pub...lic. Where applicable, all our cleaning staff will still maintain current social distancing rules with personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks. All our cleaning tools will be disinfected on a regular basis. You and your family can be indoor as long as the distancing rule is maintained or you can choose to stay outdoors around your house if you are not intended to go out. Please also inform us as soon as possible if you or your family have any related symptoms of COVID-19 so we can suspend your services. Please be advised the resumed cleaning may take a bit longer than normal and there may be extra incurred charge. A medical mask is worn by our cleaner during your house cleaning to protect our staff and your family... A pair of disposable gloves is worn by our cleaners in each housing cleaning and not reused to prevent cross-contamination Our clients can buy their own (BYO) cleaning tools for their own use with our recommended products

We appreciate all your feedback and flexibility to help our business out at this stage. Due to a lot of concerns, we may not be able to reply to you immediately, but we did hear your thoughts. We will keep confirming your regular cleaning (may with a different scheduled day and time) as usual if we can manage to keep your cleaning either as per normal or as the way you have suggested your flexibility. We do apologize to you if you haven't heard from us before or close to your scheduled cleaning date as we may need to put you on the wait list (which means we can only contact you and fit you in when we have any cancellation). The situation of shortage of cleaner is getting worse from this coming week 2nd November til December. Even if you had a regular cleaning done after our initial notice (Cleaning Cancellation May Happen), we may still need to cancel or put on hold more regular cleaning in the near future if the situation doesn't get improved by then. For your convenience, we suggest it a good idea you will have a back-up cleaners in case we have to miss your cleaning with short notice.
