24.01.2022 I have decided I am going to use this page to post what I want to.. not what I think will get the most likes. There’s so much content on here that is all the same because that’s what people think they should be posting. I am sick of not wanting to post photos because they’re ‘not as good’ as the influencers on here. If it’s not the real me I won’t be posting it! The fitness world has taken a new turn that stopped focusing on doing the work but more about wearing the most on trend active wear. I will do my best to most real content and my hard work along the way Also, probably the warmest Winter we have ever had... I don’t know what a weather appropriate outfit is anymore..

18.01.2022 Posture & Strength Training I am so proud of my client Lucy! She pushed herself so hard, tried new exercises and gained so much confidence within a short 6 week plan. Lucy has struggled with her posture so with the right program and custom exercises she has come such a long way and holds herself so differently now. Posture improvement and strength training are the perfect pair! Well done!!

18.01.2022 Had a week away to visit family which meant I had a week off the gym! I’m back today and feeling stronger than before. If you ever skip a day or a week and choose family, memories or a social life over the gym do not feel guilty. You will not lose that progress you’ve worked so hard for. If anything, you will feel more determined and stronger on return. We got a day of walking in to see some waterfalls which was beautiful!

17.01.2022 Have you ever heard someone say ‘I really regret asking for help’? Probably not. I can’t say I know many people who think getting a coach or personal trainer was a waste of time and money. There’s so much you have to learn about yourself with an outsider perspective. Never stop learning & never stop investing in yourself!



16.01.2022 A few small changes to my routine and making better choices has done so much for my mental health! Today I woke up at 6am for the gym then we spent the day with the pups gardening. It’s amazing what waking up early and getting some sun can do! I have been using gardening as something to look forward to daily. Watching something grow big and beautiful is so satisfying at the moment. @ Newcastle, New South Wales

15.01.2022 I am back on the AM gym workouts and have never been happier about it!! When you start the day with an early morning session the whole day seems easier and brighter! I find I eat healthier, make better decisions and feel like I really deserve that lounge time by the end of the night!

13.01.2022 Something I have thought a lot about is the way the people closest to you take your fitness/life advice. Most friends and family are quick to jump on an influencers beliefs, advice or opinions but refuse to listen to the honest truth someone they actually know is trying to tell them. Why do we tend to believe the words of a stranger over the words of a loved one? Influencers have romanticised fitness so much that when you give the most simple and obvious advise it seems to good to be true. Like buying supplements, diet books, meal replacements and one sided podcasts must be the only way. Listen to YOUR body... and next time someone close to you gives you good, real advice... listen to them and do your own research.

13.01.2022 Invest in yourself. Seriously. Most people don’t think twice about spending $125 a month on a new outfit but can’t see the value in a personal trainer for exactly the same price? At the end of the day you probably won’t remember that overly expensive top You were wearing 5 years ago but you will remember the time you started taking care of yourself and investing time and money in you! 12.01.2022 Kitchen essentials Colourful food is often the best for you! If you have a plate of beige it might be a good idea to add something colourful If you plan on having veggies for dinner pick a few different coloured ones! That way you will add more nutritional value and have a better balanced meal

11.01.2022 Carbs! While some people might thinking cutting carbs means fat loss... I don’t necessarily agree. If you’re pairing good nutrition with strength training, carbs are essential! Carbs can help with muscle repair and growth! If you’re trying to stay in a calorie surplus to gain muscle carbs are helpful in your meals! Alternatively, if you’re trying to lose fat and are eating in a calorie deficit I still believe you can fit in carbs to your daily intake. Maybe just not as much. Balance is key!

08.01.2022 If you’ve decided to start living a healthier life and possibly lose some weight there’s a lot to think about. Although sometimes the path can be blurred and the focus is purely just on losing weight that’s not usually the most sustainable way of thinking. Try training yourself to focus on small goals like what you’re going to eat that day, get enough protein in, drink at least 2 litres of water and be more active! When you look back 12 months from now you will achieve so much more than just thinking about losing weight. You can change your lifestyle to gain happiness as well as become more healthy!

We have enough going on in the real world. If you’re finding yourself spending too much time online (as a lot of people have more spare time than they used to) put that time on something productive and more positive. 01.01.2022 Let’s talk about why getting a personal trainer is more beneficial than buying a generic guide. If you’re working out every day to a guide that thousands of other people also bought then I don’t think it’s a bad thing. If it gets you moving that’s great, although I do believe that for a little bit of extra money you could benefit a whole lot more with a personal guide that was actually made for you. I will chat with you every week about how you’re going, how we can tailor your workouts every week, you’ll get nutritional tips and advice whenever you need it! You also get a human behind the guide you have bought. Your goals won’t always be the same as the next person so why pay for something thousands of other people have when we’re all so different!
