08.01.2022 The only way to access peace is to get out of your head and into your senses, the ultimate access point for presence. Listen to the wind dance through the trees while the birds sing to each other. Feel the sunshine on your face.... Anchor into your favourite aroma of choice (candle, essential oil, incense). Taste the sweetness of your favourite fruit. Move your body to a slow song. Exfoliate and moisturise your body. Sometimes we forget how truly simple it can be. To access the feminine within, we need to release this dominance to know, seek, learn, achieve, produce, action, understand, analyse and learn to prioritise equal amounts of time to simply and truly be.

01.01.2022 You are at a point where you must choose to empty out old emotional baggage and take forward with you the gifts, skills, wisdom and talents you have developed so that you may move into the new cycle that is calling you forward. There is no need to be fearful of this process because as you forgive and release the pain, shame and blame, a beautiful new patterning will be emerging from within you. ...
