25.01.2022 Being and belonging to our community. With the weather being so unpredictable of late, and our Christmas concert and graduation on our minds, we reached out to our local community for help, we had a warm and friendly response from the Bateau Bay Anglican Church in Brooke Avenue whom are allowing us to use their premises on Thursday 11th December to host our annual Bright Buttons Christmas Concert and Graduation! The sense of Belonging to our community has warmed our hearts. Outcome 2 Children are connected with and contribute to their world. EYLF

21.01.2022 On Friday 23rd January, we celebrated the country we love so much by dressing up in our favourite Australian clothes. The children and staff looked great as we spent the morning playing outside, just like Aussie’s do! We engaged in lots of Australia Day activities: *We had bacon and egg rolls for morning tea... *One of the children brought in his favourite Australian ball so we all played circle games with it *We had great sausage sandwiches for lunch *We iced our own lamingtons for afternoon tea *We engaged in lots of Australia Day craft *We read Australian books *We sang and cheered Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi See more

18.01.2022 Thursday's Easter Egg Hunt proved to be very popular with the children and families. We all had a lovely afternoon hunting for eggs and enjoying a delicious afternoon tea. We hope everyone had a happy and safe Easter long weekend! :)

17.01.2022 We hope everyone is staying warm and dry in this wet weather! We are very excited for our dress-up day this Wednesday, 22nd April. The children have been very interested in dressing up and 'being grown ups' so we are having a special day where the children (and staff) can come dressed up as what they want to be when they're older. We can't wait to see what everyone comes as!

17.01.2022 We are so excited for our Easter egg hunt next Thursday, 2nd April, here at the centre. Starting at 2:30pm, we will have an Easter egg hunt for the children, followed by some delicious afternoon tea of hot cross buns, muffins, ham, cheese and crackers and yummy fruit. We would love to see all of our families on the day!

15.01.2022 To celebrate Fathers Day we will be holding an afternoon tea on Friday 5th September, 2014 from 3pm-4pm. We cant wait to celebrate our Dads !!!
