Within 24hrs, 75% of you have signed up for online tutorials, with many more coming in today. That's over 300 students!! 17.01.2022 We had a great time on Tuesday morning, forming Randwick Public Schools first symphony orchestra. Well done to our wonderful students!!

17.01.2022 What a fantastic first week back into the school year! We have launched our new secondary violin program at Northern Beaches Secondary College Cromer, expanded our existing school programs, launched our 'students online' portal, and welcomed another wonderful school into our network which we will launch in week 6. This is going to be a very exciting year.

10.01.2022 Attended the annual 'String Teacher Workshop' at the Sydney Conservatorium today. Here, string teachers from across the state played through the repertoire that some of our students will perform at the Sydney Opera House later in the year. The NSW Public Education Arts Unit do such an amazing job. Thank you for all the great ideas. We can't wait to get all of the new repertoire to our students next week!!

09.01.2022 Our 2018 programs are well underway. Here is one of our year 7 classes, taking on the Violin for the first time.

07.01.2022 Our first year 7 class completed their term of violin lessons yesterday, able to perform several pieces by plucking and using the bow. Congratulations 7P, you've been an amazing cohort to teach!!!!

07.01.2022 Randwicks Chamber Strings ensemble and recorder groups tireless rehearsing definitely paid off as they played at the 2018 Festival of Instrumental Music last night at the Opera House. They were very excited and sounded wonderful, well done!

06.01.2022 Our 2017 sheet music is in! Last year, we had our ensemble students vote on the pieces they wanted to play. We can't wait to hand them out in a few weeks.

04.01.2022 It's delivery day!! We are so excited to introduce 120 year 7 students to the world of violin playing in 2017.

03.01.2022 It has been a busy month for Bright Stars Music. Our amazing String Ensembles at Cromer Public School got to showcase and perform a variety of music at the Northern Beaches Instrumental Festival. They all did such a great job.

03.01.2022 What if a large number of scientific studies found there was one activity that could improve our cognitive function, help our memory systems work effectively, help us learn language, help us moderate our emotional states, help us solve complex problems and help our brains be healthier into later life? What if that activity was also enjoyable for everyone involved? There is one such activity: music education.
