19.01.2022 The next video in the how to series is the Push Up, a fundamental exercise that all individuals should be able to do. It's great for building muscle in the upper body, specifically the chest, shoulders and triceps. #strength #fitness #pushups #bbhaf #howto https://www.youtube.com/watch

10.01.2022 This video is fairly self-explanatory, as I walk you through one way of performing the barbell back squat. There will be variations for each individual to consider when performing this exercise. https://www.youtube.com/watch

07.01.2022 The next video in the how to series is one that is super important if you’re wanting to maximise your gains from your strength training program. I’m sure most of you have done stretching before, but I wanted to show you 3 lower body stretches that I find more effective than their more commonly known counter-parts. Give these a go and see how your body feels. https://www.youtube.com/watch

06.01.2022 Continuing on in the How to series, we have the Single-Leg RDL. Being a unilateral exercise, it can highlight any imbalances you may have in your lower body. As you can see from the video there are several ways in which you can perform this exercise depending on the equipment you have available to you. Give it a go and let me know how you get on with it. #strength #fitness #RDL #bbhaf #howto https://www.youtube.com/watch

04.01.2022 The next video in the how to series is the DB chest press. It’s a great exercise that targets the muscles of the upper body associated with pushing movements. One of the good things about this exercise is that you can see if you have any differences in strength, and range of motion between your left and right side. Unlike a barbell bench press, this exercise, although done bilaterally can also be done unilaterally, and as a result, the differences become more obvious. There are other variations that can be done and they include both the incline, and decline variations of this exercise. #strength #fitness #chestpress #bbhaf #howto https://www.youtube.com/watch

03.01.2022 The next video in the how to series is the BB Bent Over Row. It's a great exercise for building upper back strength and thickness too. Click the link to watch the full video. https://www.youtube.com/watch
