25.01.2022 Sadly the BIFT studio will be closing for training as of midday today as per guidelines of the Western Australian government in response to the current Coronavirus pandemic. Apologize to all if this causes any inconvenience but we must do what is needed to help stop the spread of this virus and protect the wellbeing of all clients and families including my own. I encourage everyone to continue some form of solo training at home to maintain your health. I am happy to provide a temporary training program for you if you require one. As an alternative, I can offer scheduled facetime training or online training to keep you motivated throughout this time. I will be contacting every client today, thank you for your understanding. Amanda x

We are doing our best to follow the guidelines given by the WA government, the Health Orginisations and Fitness Australia Please be mindful of our new regulations to ensure we #stopthespread and remain open. If you have yet to book your return sessions and have questions regarding our covid-19 regulations, please get in touch.

20.01.2022 Covid-19 closure update: Unfortunately we are still closed at this stage. We are following the advice of the Western Australian government and as we are a registered training studio we still fall under the same category as big box gyms. There is still no sign of this changing in the very near future and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We can offer online and virtual training options for anyone wishing to still be training with assistance from BIFT. Stay healthy everyone x

19.01.2022 Workout Wednesday!!! Try this one for a fun idea.... you will need a deck of playing cards and if you want more resistance add some bands, or weights. Draw three cards, perform each 2-3 times then draw three more. Work from top to bottom of each category, keep going for either a set amount of time (we did 30mins) or till youve done all the cards

12.01.2022 I stumbled across this on a home schooling page and thought it would be great to share with those of you with little ones that are currently stuck at home in isolation. If you have returned from travel in China, Italy, Iran, South Korea or Indonesia (including bali) please wait 14days b...efore returning to sessions. 07.01.2022 Fridays Flex workout is leg focused. This is the workout I did for myself today. Ive only been back training legs for three weeks after a hip issue and my covid slump, and my legs were still sore from Tuesdays session, so fairly happy with how it went. Focusing on regaining mobility and restrengthening wasted muscles before I get back into heavier lifts. Try adding some of these in to your workout.
