15.01.2022 It has been announced today the current JobKeeper payment will reduce from 28 September and the amount will depend on the employees number of hours worked per week. Further reduction will occur again from 4 January 2021. New eligibility tests will be required for businesses wanting to remain on JobKeeper after September. From 28 September the current $1,500.00 per fortnight will be reduced to $1,200.00 per fortnight. If employees work less than 20 hours a week the payment... will be $750.00 per fortnight. From 4 January, the JobKeeper payment will further reduce to $1,000.00 per fortnight and $650.00 per fortnight (if working less than 20 hours).
